How does the candidate change from your current mouse?
Mouse A → Mouse B
Which one fits your hand better?
How accurate is this comparison?
True scale: both models are rendered on the same millimeter scale, so the relative size difference in the viewer is preserved.
Model status: Direct scan means the selected shell is represented by its own scan. Same-shell candidate is clearly marked when a closely related shell is being used pending final equivalence verification.
Mesh analysis: front, middle, rear and hump values are sampled from the 3D geometry. They are directional comparison measurements, not manufacturer specification points.
Fit Check: this is a directional estimate based on hand length, listed grip compatibility and the compared shell data. It is not a guarantee of personal comfort or hand feel.
Reference & similar shapes: these use the same mesh profile to compare direction and relative similarity. They are guidance, not a claim that two shells feel identical.

Dimensions only tell
part of the story.
Two mice can look almost identical on a spec sheet and feel completely different in your hand. Hump position, rear support and shell width change how your grip actually interacts with the mouse.

Tell Mouse Finder your hand size, grip and use case. It will narrow the field for you.
Understand your fit.
Good to know.
What does Mouse Shape Compare actually compare?
It lets you visually compare the physical shell geometry of different mice, including overall size, width, height, hump position and shell profile.
Can I compare three mice at the same time?
Yes. Start with two mice and add a third whenever you want a wider comparison.
Are all mice displayed at the same scale?
Yes. Models are displayed using a consistent real-world scale so relative size differences remain visible. Source and scan accuracy can vary between individual models.
Does a similar shape mean the mouse will fit me?
Not necessarily. Shape similarity is only one part of fit. Hand size, grip style and personal preference still matter.
